Well it's undeniable CL can easily be anyone's girl crush. ^^
no, having girl crushes does not really mean we LOVE her or anything, i think it's more like a 'wish' to be as cool as one girl, or admiring her ability to do something.

well, the reasons to why i like CL are pretty simple, she dances, she raps and she sings.
but she's hella good at it.

people say she has got that 'charima', 'stage presence' and everything.. this is the first time i actually like someone who's not so funny.

it's funny i feel a lil jealous of seeing him around girl but the other way round. ahahaha.

and not to mention their awesome duet and stage.
i refuse to believe minji is 15 and i regard CL as older/at least same age as me. :D

because 2NE1 maknaes are awesome like that.

oh my, there are just so many girl group around!

we have CSJH, SNSD, Wonder Girls, Kara, 4Minute, 2ne1, Brown Eyed Girls, Davichi....

and upcoming there will be f(x), secret, rainbow... etc etc..

is it because there are overflowing female population in this world?? i dont know.
might as come up more girl group with ridiculous names like candy, cotton, smell, colours, 7am, 7pm, etc etc..

I wonder what the creators of such groups are thinking.
will they succed??

hmm, personally i feel 2ne1 and soshi will succeed the most. apart from having sir YG and papa Teddy as their back-up, 2NE1 itself is a very composed group that have solid performances.
but we need to watch out for f(X) as well. you never know what will happen next! :)

i missed wonder girls so much, i want them back in korea and starts to work on new song apart from nobody!
dont they get sick of listening to it? me myself get sick after almost a year of just listening to it...

Ever wonder why is it always there three that are always successful in korean pop industry?
seriously, actually you can almost say the teenage idolizing is dominated by the three power houses namely JYP, SM and YG entertainment.
jyp Park Jin Young (aka JYP) and the other two (below) Lee Soo Man (left) and Yang Hyun Sook (right) perhaps are similar to Japan's Johnny of JE.

JYP gave birth to G.O.D, wonder girls, 2am, 2pm.
while SM created HOT, boA , Shin Hwa, SES, DBSK, Super Junior, CSJH, the Trax, SNSD, SHINee, f(X) and many more.
YG is the creator of 1TYM, big bang, se7en, 2ne1.

apart from that there is also DSP, owner of sechskies, fin.k.l, ss501 and kara. But not to offend any one, i find among the big companies, DSP is the one who focuses most on looks and doest really care about talents. (if im not wrong even the director say it himself).

why is it so?
perhaps because the three men have sharp eyes for talents, well, to say talents may still be ambiguous, but the thing is, they know the formula to capture people's heart through music, dancing and the idols' personality. They have good marketing strategy and concepts for their idol groups. Not to say they have enough money and stakeholders to promote the idols too.

there is a need to balance talents, looks, personality and group concept. perhaps this is why idol groups are bound to succeed rather than the solo path.
usually in a group, there is a role for everything.
i guess in an idol groups, they need a cute role, the rapper, the dancer, the best looking, the funny, the leader and such.

reportedly he said he lost about 20 kg plus in about a month.
that's really hard..
some diet really require you to just eat boiled meat, water, veggies without seasoning added with hours of work out, and i think weight will be lost.
nevertheless, i started working out but instead of losing things, i think i gained muscles, becoming more buff and weight is gained too. =(

i never believed it's all about plastic surgery. the same goes to female artistes.
maybe, to a large portion, yes. but there are some who transformed totally thanks to just diet, make up, better clothing, lighting and camera angles.

Arghhh... this whole jaebeom saga makes me sad and frustrated. Seriously korean netizens have got all it takes to destroy people's lives!
If you dont know what's happening, there is this pop idol sensation 2pm leader Park Jaebeom who offended Koreans by stating "korea is gay" and other comments on his myspace FOUR years ago.

Thus this angered netizens and calling him to quit his job and kill himself. so crazy.

I just realize, almost every sensational korean idol group bounds to get a huge scandal during the peak of their popularity!
let see.

this one is what i'm talking about.

next we have big bang's daesung. who got into accident recently.

dont forget many incident from SNSD.

soshi has many of them. yuri, soo young, tiff and taeyeon's saying wrong things during broadcasts, taesu scandal and such... =(

and g-dragon with his plagiarism controversy.
in addition, many more, like WG's Sunye - park tae hwan scandal (which is rather ridiculous)

i simply hope things can get better with 2pm.

just simply how big kpop is until this got into national newspaper? XD
ahhaha, i really find this news quite weird.
it was published in straits times about DBSK breaking up.
the following day, the news didnt cease and continue even. ahaha.

i wonder why, but always in MRT/ buses, wonder girls' nobody will always play while i'm sleeping or studyigng physics.
dont ask why.
sometimes i heard it as ringtone, or simply annoying people playing it out loud because they have no earphones. =(

anyway, if you search youtube and the internet, u can find endless korean gossip websites and such, wow, k-virus spread all over the world.

in many countries, korean celeb magazines have been surfacing and i personally feel that instead from simply a culture, kpop has turned into a serious business.

apart from wonderbang, i have always liked 2pm shi dae! =)
the look so cute during idol army (i was expecting it so much, i remember watching it without subs at the start of the year)

then this coupling got even cuter as they look like they want to date each other!

i hope there are more of the 2 groups interaction and i am expecting much at the end of the year!
they might collaborate or shoot the yearly mini idol dramas together <3

fangirls and fanboys, stop insulting each other and just acknowledge the two groups are good-looking together!
